• Zamarah will only accept items for exchange that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by any means.
• Change of mind or Decision changed is not a valid reason & absolutely inapplicable.
• The customer will only be eligible for an exchange if the purchased product clearly does not meet the given specifications & features on the website.
• For an expeditious exchange process; please mail out your item within 14 days from the original receiving date of the order.
• Items cannot be exchanged after 14 days from the original receiving date of the order.
• Items must be returned with all tags or stickers still attached. And must be in their original packaging & condition.
