How does It work?
- Rinse the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber before first use. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
- To turn it on, plug the appliance into an electrical outlet.
- Hold the appliance horizontally and apply 2 short sprays of nonstick cooking spray.
- During cooking place the Rollie Eggmaster vertically on a flat surface.
- Crack 1 to 2 large eggs directly into the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber. Or, if you’d like, crack eggs in a cup and pour them into the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber.
TIPS AND HINTS:
- Crack eggs into a bowl or cup, and then pour into the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber.
- When beating eggs, add breadcrumbs, crushed chips, crushed crackers, wheat germ, or other similar binders. (Refer to RECIPES section)
- Egg whites will form a film around the top of the cooking chamber as it enters the Rollie Eggmaster. Use a supporting skewer to gently scrape film and let it fall into cooking eggs.
- To clean the Rollie Eggmaster, use the supplied brush and push it to the bottom of the cooking chamber, then move the brush in a twisting motion followed by a reciprocating (up and down) motion. (Refer to CLEANING section)
VEGGIE & CHEESE OMELETTE ROLL
Ingredients:
1 large egg | 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper | 1 tsp chopped scallion | 1 Tbsp cheddar cheese | 1-1 ½ Tbsp breadcrumbs or another binder | Salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spray Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber with cooking spray.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber.
- Insert one skewer in the center of the cooking chamber.
- Cook 5-7 minutes until the food rises out of the cooking chamber.
CINNAMON ROLL
Ingredients:
Pre-made refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (available at supermarkets)
Icing or syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Spray Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber with nonstick cooking spray.
- Separate one piece of the dough from the packaging and roll it into a tube shape.
- Place in the Rollie Eggmaster cooking chamber and pack down using the packer accessory.
- Cook 7 -8 minutes until the food rises out of the chamber. To remove the food, tilt the appliance. If necessary, use a supporting skewer to gently loosen the food.
- For a crisper finish, turn the roll upside-down and placed it back in the cooking chamber for additional cook time. Serve with icing or syrup.
